I’m Tracey, with an oversight responsibility for the churches across the circuit and Minister at Mickleover and St John’s Methodist church.

I’m Fiona, I work closely with the Superintendent and Circuit Staff providing administrative support.

As Safeguarding Officer, I update policies, assist with training, and maintain all areas of Safeguarding Records.

Revd Chris Briggs

Minister at Littleover and St Martin’s Methodist Churches.

I’m Chris, a Supernumerary Presbyter who is continuing to offer ministry within the circuit. Together with the teams based at the two churches above I seek to serve the two churches, the neighbourhoods they are in and the wider Circuit.

Minister at Chinese Church

I’m Calvin, I am the minister for Derby and Loughborough Chinese Churches. Derby Chinese Church services are on Sundays at 1.30pm at Ashbourne Road Methodist/United Reformed (LEP).

I’m Paul, I have a part-time role as Enabling Minister. This Ecumenical Partnership between the Methodists, Anglicans, and the United Reform Church – keeps me busy!

I’m Neil, I have been minister of three churches in the Derby circuit since 2017. I am married to Tracy and have three children

Minister at Borrowash, Draycott & Spondon

I have recently joined the team as part-time minister of Borrowash, Draycott and Spondon.
I had been retired for several years but felt the call to return to churches in my first circuit over 30 years ago.
It is biblical for old men to dream dreams!

Revd David Owen

Supernumerary Minister in the Circuit and Part Time Minister of University of Derby chaplaincy

I’m David, I was born and educated in South Africa. I have degrees in History and Theology. I’ve trained as a teacher and have worked as a Cultural Historian before entering the Methodist Ministry. I spent most of my ministry in the UK as a School Chaplain and teacher of Philosophy, Ethics and Theology.

Chellaston, Dean St, Findern, Newmount

I’m Jacky, I am a presbyter with pastoral charge of Chellaston, Dean Street, Findern and Newmount Methodist Churches.

I am also a tutor for Worship Leaders and Local Preachers in the Derby Circuit.

I’m Fioni Ho, I’m a Lay Pastor for St John’s with Duffield church. I’m glad to witness God’s work and work with Him.

I’m Moira, I’m part of the ecumenical chaplaincy team at East Midlands Airport. We aim to be a friendly, supportive presence to anyone in the airport: passengers, staff, and anyone else who has reason to be there

I’m Jo Howie. I am a Lay Pioneer Missioner based out of Susanna Wesley House on the Castleward Development in the centre of Derby where I also live with my family. I love being part of the community here and it is a privilege to witness and be involved in what God is doing here.
